Shipments

  • Deliveries will be made through common carrier ground service.
  • Allow up to five days for shipping upon receipt of your order and your personal check.
  • Call for shipping schedules, most Models ready to go upon receipt of your order and payment by VISA, MasterCard, bank draft, cashier's check, or money order.
  • For shipping and handling, add $32 on Borneo Orchidarium™ models or $58 on all Maui and Bimini Orchidarium™ models.
  • Minimum accessories order of $25 if not ordered with Orchidarium™. Add $6 for shipping and handling.
  • Please contact us regarding shipping costs outside the contiguous United States.

Warranty

  • When it has been installed and maintained in accordance with our instructions, the OrchidariumTM is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in the material and workmanship for 1 (one) year from date of purchase.
  • Acrylic components are not warranted against scratches and minor warp due to excess heat or cold.
  • Any misuse of or unauthorized repairs made to Orchidarium products voids this limited warranty.

Problems, Damage, Returns

  • Inspect the shipping box upon its arrival. If there is any damage (cosmetic or other), notify the carrier immediately.
  • Notify us if you have any problems or questions about your unit. Keep your original receipt and refer to its number in all your communications with us. We will instruct you in troubleshooting and assist you as needed.
